We ordered our rings just before the COVID-19 lockdowns and, unfortunately, we did not get our rings until three months later. As the company is based out of New York, the business was closed for the safety of the employees. However, in that time, the customer service representative kept us updated and stayed in communication with us. It was great to know that, even through a pandemic, the company never let us feel forgotten. We love our rings and we love this company!
