When I filled in my request for an engraving, I had reached the 20 character limit. I so appreciate that someone saw that there was a logical possibility that I would need one more space and reached out to offer that option since it was large enough to accommodate that. It felt very personal and confirmed that I chose the right company to order my husband’s ring. He loves it. I have a few friends who are starting companies and I reached out to them to share this experience as a great example of customer service that they should emulate.
