In the midst of all going on, I was informed that the workshop had been closed & my ring would be delayed. I was in contact with Holden about the specific date I needed the ring & each rep was really friendly & helpful. They did everything they could to process my order to get it to me in time for my wedding! Super thankful that I actually got to talk to real people, not customer-servicey people. It helped make the experience a lot more enjoyable knowing humans are behind the phone, email, & process of each order!
