My wife and I ordered our wedding rings during the initial waves of the covid pandemic, for a backyard wedding we'd decided to do after our larger, traditional wedding had been canceled. We gave ourselves four weeks lead time, before realizing we might not be able to get our rings made and delivered in that time frame (this was May 2020, when businesses in NYC had just reopened). We spoke to customer service and they put a rush on our order, delivering the rings the week before we needed them. We are both very satisfied with our Holden experience, and appreciate the company for helping us keep our make-up wedding on the date we'd planned (it was a tiny guest list, but it would've been really sad to reschedule the rescheduled wedding).
