Holden is currently hiring for the following position:
Social Media Manager (Part-time)
We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and strategic part-time Social Media Manager to lead Holden’s social strategy and channels. The ideal candidate must be based in NYC/able to commute to Manhattan.
There are few purchases as important (and confusing!) as wedding, engagement, and fine jewelry, and we have the potential to meaningfully help couples navigate that journey by building a welcoming community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Holden’s goals to increase awareness + organic traffic and engage customers
- Create engaging content across all social channels
- Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content, monitoring DMs, and community engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CX, and Showroom) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on channel performance metrics
- Stay on top of culture and social best practices, knowing when and how to react to key trends or moments through the Holden brand lens
- Work closely with Head of Visuals to align Holden’s visual identity across all channels
- Assist with influencer management and partnerships
- Assist with photography/photoshoots and maintaining an organized asset library
- Be an evangelist of the Holden brand; engage with our customers and build a community that celebrates every couple
Qualifications
- Prior content creation, planning, and management experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Passionate about using storytelling and content creation to connect with an audience
- Ability to take a complex idea and make it relatable
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly and pivot nimbly between projects
- Comfort and experience with filming, video editing, and being in front of the camera
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, and other social media editing tools preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships is a plus
Requirements
- This position is in person between our SoHo showroom and Midtown office

The ideal candidate is available to work at least 24 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday
