All of our rings are designed to be unisex. We don’t believe in any hard-and-fast rules, but if you’re stuck, here are some helpful tips:

1.5mm - Our thinnest option (about the same width as a US quarter), perfect for pairing with a delicate engagement ring

3mm - Our most popular width, a great in-between option for all genders

6mm - Traditionally the most popular men’s width, we think it makes a bold statement on any finger

We use only conflict-free and recycled precious metals sourced from refineries in the USA and Canada.

Yellow Gold - The traditional choice for wedding bands, yellow gold achieves its classic warm color from a combination of pure gold, silver, and copper. Available in 10k, 14k, and 18k.

Rose Gold - A combination of yellow gold mixed with a copper alloy, rose gold is unmistakable for its soft, pink hue. Available in 10k, 14k, and 18k.

White Gold - Our solid white gold is achieved by combining yellow gold with copper, zinc, and nickel. As per the industry standard, we then rhodium plate our white gold to give it a brilliant white finish. Available in 10k, 14k, and 18k.

Platinum - Even rarer than gold, platinum is a dense, hard wearing metal. Our platinum rings contain 95% pure platinum, making them a durable and hypoallergenic choice.

Karat is a measure of the purity of gold.

18k is 75% pure gold, 14k is 58.3% pure gold, and 10k is 41.6% pure gold.

All three are great options and will last you a lifetime of wear. Things to consider when deciding between karats are color and density. The higher the karat, the more pure (yellow) the color and the denser (heavier) the ring.

Matte - A soft, satin finish with fine brush strokes along the surface for a clean, contemporary look.

Mirror - Traditionally the most common wedding band finish, mirror polish gives the ring a shiny, reflective surface.

Mirror + Matte (only available on The Beveled and The Stepped) - A matte finish on the exterior center and a mirror finish on the outside edges and interior of the ring.

We don’t charge for personalization like other jewelry companies. It’s your wedding ring; engrave whatever you want, for free.

Each ring is individually 3D-printed with your custom engraving cut into the inside surface of the ring. This creates a clean, deep engraving that will never fade.

We size all of our rings on the standard US and Canadian sizing scale. This scale is unisex, and our rings fit true to size.

Our classic full eternity band features scalloped pavé diamonds elegantly set around the entire band (0.3-0.5 total carat weight).

Our half eternity band features scalloped pavé diamonds extending halfway across the band, leaving a sizing bar in the back (0.15-.25 total carat weight).

Ring height refers to the thickness of the ring - the distance from inside, against the finger, to the outside of the ring. This measurement can vary slightly depending on the size of the ring. For a custom height request, please email help@hiholden.com.

All of our rings have a comfort-fit interior, which means they have slightly rounded inside edges for increased comfort. Our sizing accounts for the comfort-fit and is true to the US & Canadian sizing scale, so there is no need to size up or down.
